About the Event

Step into the heat and elevate your teaching with the HILI Hot Mat Level 1 Certification — a 20-hour immersive training experience designed to help you master the art of teaching high-energy, beat-driven infrared mat Pilates.

This certification will teach you how to lead transformative, full-body workouts that fuse Pilates, strength training, mobility, and flow in a heated infrared environment.

You’ll not only learn how to program and cue intelligently within the heat, but also how to create a studio experience that challenges the body, focuses the mind, and leaves clients feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected.

This is a paid certification program, and attendance for all sessions is required to receive your certification.
