What is HILI?HILI is where performance meets purpose. We’ve redefined Pilates into a high-intensity, low-impact training method designed to challenge your body without breaking it down. Our signature classes combine controlled movement, strength, and sweat—on the XFORMER or the mat—to deliver results that go beyond the burn. Whether you're here to sculpt, strengthen, or shift your mindset, HILI is built for you.

Is it Pilates?HILI isn’t traditional Pilates — it’s Pilates evolved. While we share the low-impact foundation and use of a reformer, HILI turns up the intensity. Our method blends high-intensity strength training with precision movement to drive fat loss, build endurance, and sculpt serious strength. It’s not slow or restorative — it’s dynamic, challenging, and designed for those who want more than a stretch. If you’re looking for results you can feel, this is it.

Is There a Beginner Class?Yes — and we highly recommend it. HILI Foundations is designed for beginners and anyone looking to dial in their form. You'll learn the key movements and techniques used in our XFORMER classes, get comfortable with the machine, and build the strength and control you’ll carry into every workout. We break things down step by step, so you can focus on form, flow, and getting the most out of every move. It’s low-impact, steady-paced, and still delivers that signature HILI burn — just in a way that meets you where you are.

How often should I take class?We recommend starting with 3–4 classes per week for the best results, with 1–2 rest or recovery days in between. Our workouts are intense and designed to challenge your muscles—so giving your body time to recover is just as important as showing up. Consistency is key, but so is listening to your body.

What to bring to class?Come in workout clothes! *for safety and cleanliness reasons Grip Socks are required to use XFORMER. No Socks? No XFORMER! Don't Worry! We sell them at HILI for your convenience! *Just ask our staff for assistance. Stay Hydrated! *Bring Water Bottle. **We have water fountain and water bottles available for purchase.

How do I schedule a class?It's Easy, takes less than a minuet! Click here to sign up for a class. * Arrive at least 5 minutes early to a scheduled class. * New Clients come in 10 minutes prior to class to get familiar with our Studio and XFormers.

What if I am late or need to cancel?We know that life happens and sometimes you can’t make it to a HILI class you signed up for—no biggie, as long as you cancel. CANCEL AT LEAST 6 HOURS BEFORE CLASS: • No fee • Keep class credit LATE CANCEL LESS THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE CLASS • Lose class credit • Unlimited members that late cancel will be charged $30 NO SHOW, NO CANCELLATION • Lose class credit • Unlimited members that no show/no cancellation will be charged the price of a single class credit $35 It’s easy to late cancel: • Log into your MindBody account and hit Late Cancel
